I can easily say that
Lightspeed is one of the better survey
companies around. The surveys that they send are not worth as much as
the
surveys from other companies, but the frequency generally makes up for
the
“cheaper” surveys. I am nowhere near their chief
demographic, and I still
manage to get a few surveys a week. The system effectively works out to
one
point being worth a little less than a penny. Most 15 minute surveys
are worth
at least 100 points, so it should be worth your time.
The surveys they send out are also very nice. Their surveys are usually
not
very complex, and the shorter ones don’t seem to drag on
forever. You answer
the questions and you move on to the next series. I’ve also
found that I
usually qualify for the ones that they send me.
Lightspeed also holds the record for my best paying survey. I was part
of a
quarterly food and beverage analysis, where I did little 2 minute
surveys on a
PDA each day for two weeks about the snacks that I’d eaten. I
then sent it
back, and ultimately received $70 for it.
Finally, their interface is very good. The user page is well designed
and well
organized. They keep track of your new surveys and list them in a well
organized manner, allowing you to easily keep up with multiple surveys.
Even if
you lose the email, the survey will be waiting for you on the main
page.
Overall, Lightspeed is a well organized, professional survey site that
is a
worthy addition to anyone’s survey group.
